The design of the clubhouse was inspired by the connection between people and the environment. The designer has used elements from Le Corbusier's villa SOVOYE, such as the Freedom column, free graphic, the free facade, the level of long window, roof garden, and ramps and ladders. These elements have been used to create a building that breaks the tradition and contradiction of architectural design, yet unifies the whole design. The sense of unification comes after the contradictions of design, showing a deep concern for design.
One of the unique properties of the design is the use of continuous glass windows to break the barriers of space boundaries. The natural environment is brought into the room, creating links within and outside. Different surface elevations correspond to each other, increasing interaction and fun between people. The building also includes a yoga class, kitchen, leisure farm, and other spaces that link different age groups, creating communication and interaction.
The clubhouse combines landscape pond with the Blue Ribbon ecosystems, then proceeds with water purification and power circulation by the clubhouse pool, to create a good water environment. This not only cools the building but also provides a hydrophilic environment for community residents. The building's exterior paint selection uses Nano silane ketone resin coating, which has excellent stain waterproofing properties and good air permeability, making facades not easy to mold or produce Biai.
The building is located in Tainan, Taiwan, and is a living space shared by residents in an independent community. It meets the requirements of dining, reading, gym, learning, sharing, and communication. The floors are stacked vertically through the free curve, based on the pattern of nature, with a landscape pool, outdoor plaza, and natural view as hills. The natural elements are brought into the building and interior space, and tall trees become the wall and decoration of the building.
The project started in June 2013 and finished in August 2015. The design was awarded the Golden A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award in 2016, granted to marvelous, outstanding, and trendsetting creations that reflect the designer's prodigy and wisdom. They are venerated products and bright ideas that advance art, science, design, and technology, embodying extraordinary excellence and significantly impacting the world with their desirable characteristics.
